Spectators: 7563 (Terracing: 5673, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) Allan Odin made the kick off and thus started the match. When Björn Ugla came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the VfL Wolfsburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Björn Ugla couldn't finish the play. 10 minutes into the match, Käka Puck BK's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Gustafsson came free, but Gösta Carlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Peter Lövgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evert Wennerquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Allan Odin in the 12th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Allan Odin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Evert Wennerquist, 1-0. Käka Puck BK's Gösta Carlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Björn Ugla in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Morgan Hedlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VfL Wolfsburg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Käka Puck BK the free kick. In the 22nd minute Allan Odin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Wennerquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roy Ström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Evert Wennerquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute of the match, Sven-Ove Wickander tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Evert Wennerquist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gösta Carlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Ugla in the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Käka Puck BK's Roy Ström got a free kick in the 39th minute. Gösta Carlsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ove Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens-Ove Gustafsson during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jens-Ove Gustafsson hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. VfL Wolfsburg's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Allan Odin scored to the left of an out of position Evert Wennerquist, making the score, 2-0. Evert Wennerquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Odin, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Björn Ugla to make the kick off. Evert Wennerquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Ove Wickander in the 63rd minute of play. Evert Wennerquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Odin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roy Ström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Wennerquist having to interfere. Gösta Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Gustafsson in the 78th minute of play. Evert Wennerquist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Ove Wickander went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Jens-Ove Gustafsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 played minutes VfL Wolfsburg got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Gudmundsson. In the 87th minute of the match Egon Stenquist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evert Wennerquist skillfully saved the ball. Evert Wennerquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Ove Wickander in the 90th minute of the match. Evert Wennerquist came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Käka Puck BK's Roy Ström. But to his dismay, Roy Ström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Jens-Ove Gustafsson struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Gösta Carlsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VfL Wolfsburg. Käka Puck BK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of VfL Wolfsburg for a fine match.
