Nicasio Maiorga hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Omar Vigil kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Marciano Esiquio charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marciano Esiquio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cleto Botello's late challenge caught a VfL Wolfsburg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cleto Botello helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, United.SF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Botello to maneuver through the defense. United.SF's Gregorio Sabin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Björn Ugla in the 27th minute of play. If Jens-Ove Gustafsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the game, Omar Vigil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. United.SF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VfL Wolfsburg the free kick. Gregorio Sabin acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 35th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Emil Sörman. Ceferino Serapio hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. A collision led to VfL Wolfsburg getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Lucas Gudmundsson hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes VfL Wolfsburg got a freekick which was hit by Emil Sörman. Ceferino Serapio scored 1-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evert Wennerquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ceferino Serapio to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, one of United.SF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 59th minute Jens-Ove Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Sabin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Sörman in the 61st minute of play forced United.SF's goalkeeper Gregorio Sabin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Boris Hägg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evert Wennerquist was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Candido Orti. In the 67th minute of the match, Omar Vigil tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Evert Wennerquist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. VfL Wolfsburg's Evert Wennerquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save VfL Wolfsburg from getting a goal against them. Omar Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Wennerquist having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Leonardo Theobald mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the United.SF and the VfL Wolfsburg players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, United.SF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Theobald to maneuver through the defense. Ceferino Serapio hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes, VfL Wolfsburg's Björn Ugla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gregorio Sabin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in VfL Wolfsburg reached it. Omar Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Evert Wennerquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Gudmundsson hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Ceferino Serapio kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Gregorio Sabin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Ugla, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Björn Ugla took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorio Sabin. Gregorio Sabin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Gregorio Sabin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Ugla in the 97th minute of the match. United.SF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
