Georg Borre's late challenge caught a ☆冰谷☆Sunrise's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Georg Borre helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Polar Ice Caps's Georg Borre got a free kick in the 24th minute. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some careless play in the ☆冰谷☆Sunrise defense, Peder Ahlkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 郝烽骋. The ☆冰谷☆Sunrise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 郝烽骋 should have stopped the shot. 44 minutes into the game, Wolf-Jürgen von Buol-Schaudenstein recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of 郝烽骋. Wolf-Jürgen von Buol-Schaudenstein showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 71st minute, Ingemar Eckegren made a precise shot to the right of 郝烽骋. ☆冰谷☆Sunrise's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0.
