The penalty shot was made by Duda de Sousa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Carpathians's Dorin Petrică. 1-0. Izaltina FAD made a substitution. Aníbal Vides replaced Dorival de Queiroz. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Izaltina FAD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iustinian Tutuianu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
