Ingemar Eckegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peder Ahlkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Habib Zaalani having to make a save. When Abderrahman Karoui fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Symba's protests and gave Abderrahman Karoui a yellow card for diving instead. Habib Zaalani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingemar Eckegren in the 12th minute. Symba's Habib Zaalani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Symba from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute, Polar Ice Caps's Ingemar Eckegren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 30th minute, Wolf-Jürgen von Buol-Schaudenstein reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Habib Zaalani. The goal made the score 2-0. 34 minutes into the match, Polar Ice Caps's goal looked a bit too open when Tarak Ayari came free, but Bengt Holmberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Symba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hassan Dahmani to maneuver through the defense. Bengt Holmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Khcharem, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Agne Björnberg kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Polar Ice Caps's zone, Chedli Habib Benfrej stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt Holmberg came out of the goal and Chedli Habib Benfrej tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bengt Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Khcharem in the 46th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chedli Habib Benfrej to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Polar Ice Caps's goal looked a bit too open when Chedli Habib Benfrej came free, but Bengt Holmberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingemar Eckegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Habib Zaalani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wolf-Jürgen von Buol-Schaudenstein, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chedli Habib Benfrej during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes Polar Ice Caps got a freekick which was hit by Peder Ahlkvist. A collision led to Polar Ice Caps getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Peder Ahlkvist hit a great ball. Wolf-Jürgen von Buol-Schaudenstein might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Habib Zaalani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wolf-Jürgen von Buol-Schaudenstein ran back to his position shaking his head. Polar Ice Caps's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Rashid Ben Yahia scored to the left of an out of position Bengt Holmberg, making the score, 2-1. Habib Zaalani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wolf-Jürgen von Buol-Schaudenstein went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 82nd minute Ingemar Eckegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Habib Zaalani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th match minute, Symba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohamed Miaâdi to maneuver through the defense. Polar Ice Caps's Markus Lundström couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 86th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Symba. In the 87th match minute, Symba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohamed Miaâdi to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Polar Ice Caps booed when Symba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abderrahman Karoui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Habib Zaalani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingemar Eckegren in the 91st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Polar Ice Caps had won after a very even match.
