Spectators: 7542 (Terracing: 5658, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Albino Vasco kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Bernabel got free with Carlos Fernando Almeida in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonel Montes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caco Falcão in the 6th minute of play. São Paulo da Floresta's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vitório Mendonça in the 7th minute. After taking down the ball on São Paulo da Floresta's corner Vitório Mendonça fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leonel Montes quite easily take care of the ball. In the 9th minute, Baldomiro Urko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Fernando Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Vasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Carlos Fernando Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Urko in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Aldo Roldan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, São Paulo da Floresta's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Bernabel. 24 minutes into the match, Albino Vasco notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of São Paulo da Floresta's Carlos Fernando Almeida. Carlos Fernando Almeida was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, São Paulo da Floresta's Carlos Fernando Almeida got control of the ball when Mario Bernabel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Milferio's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 44th minute of the game, when Melquiades Azeari after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of São Paulo da Floresta's goal. Melquiades Azeari was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal.

Milferio's Clemente Ordono was substituted for Dario Pirmin. The wind increased when Caco Falcão made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Fernando Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Laurendi in the 52nd minute of the match. After 67 played minutes São Paulo da Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Jefferson Mazza. 68 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Urko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Carlos Fernando Almeida was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Milferio booed when São Paulo da Floresta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caco Falcão didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Mario Bernabel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Milferio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Bernabel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Fernando Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Urko in the 76th minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 87 played minutes São Paulo da Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Elder Catarinense. Epifanio Laurendi took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Fernando Almeida. Carlos Fernando Almeida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. São Paulo da Floresta's Jefferson Mazza quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Clemente Ordono, made in the 96th minute of the game. Geovanni Lopes might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonel Montes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geovanni Lopes ran back to his position shaking his head. Milferio's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
