Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) Tales Alagoano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Prudencio Librado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Amapola's Edgardo Refugio got a free kick in the 8th minute. Isidoro Iraunkor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Lino Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot. ROSÁRIO SPORT's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Zonta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Librado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20thth minute of the game Lino Zonta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amapola's Prudencio Librado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dagoberto Sanches struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Prudencio Librado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROSÁRIO SPORT. If Dagoberto Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amapola's Prudencio Librado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dagoberto Sanches in the 26th minute of play. After 31 minutes, Dagoberto Sanches mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ROSÁRIO SPORT and the Amapola players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes Amapola got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Iraunkor. When Edgardo Refugio fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amapola's protests and gave Edgardo Refugio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Amapola getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Edgardo Refugio hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristobal Roland to strike the kick off in the second half. Horácio da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Quexal in the 54th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Dagoberto Sanches cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Prudencio Librado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dagoberto Sanches got his second yellow card in the match during the 67th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Dagoberto Sanches hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the game, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Lino Zonta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prudencio Librado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. When Cristobal Roland came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Amapola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristobal Roland couldn't finish the play. Alex Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Cayetano Cebo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Lino Zonta made a precise shot to the right of Prudencio Librado. Amapola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. If Cristobal Roland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Amapola booed when ROSÁRIO SPORT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Fantini didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ROSÁRIO SPORT players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
