None of the them looked very eager to play. 朱剑银 started the match with the kick off. Savaşer Kainat was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 陈青建 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. 朱剑银 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Savaşer Kainat having to make a save. 朱剑银s short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Savaşer Kainat to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 14th play minutes 朱剑银 shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Savaşer Kainat and just under the crossbar into goal. Arif Memduh Özsungur hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Newells Old Boys's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when 陈青建 scored to the left of an out of position Savaşer Kainat, making the score, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 朱剑银 in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Savaşer Kainat saved Newells Old Boys from getting behind. In the 27th minute 高 峰 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savaşer Kainat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Savaşer Kainat made an important save on a dangerous shot by 朱剑银 in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when 陈青建 got free with Savaşer Kainat in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, 朱剑银 put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Savaşer Kainat.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arif Memduh Özsungur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Savaşer Kainat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 余烨默 in the 53rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that 朱剑银's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Savaşer Kainat was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 56 minutes into the match, Newells Old Boys's goal looked a bit too open when 陈青建 came free, but Savaşer Kainat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Savaşer Kainat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 朱剑银 in the 66th minute of the match. Arif Memduh Özsungur got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 71 played minutes Newells Old Boys got a freekick which was hit by Arif Memduh Özsungur. In the 74th minute 朱剑银 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savaşer Kainat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Savaşer Kainat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 汪明庭, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 高 峰 in the 78th minute of play forced Newells Old Boys's goalkeeper Savaşer Kainat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
