The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 played minutes IFK Tallkotte got a freekick which was hit by Christer Glanselius. Claudinei Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvar Forsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. IFK Tallkotte's Johan Arvidsson got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Christer Glanselius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 22 in the game by Doni Paiva from a close distance when the talented Michael Hydén managed to make a qualified save. IFK Tallkotte's players were relieved. Christer Glanselius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudinei Oliveira having to make a save. In the 25th match minute, IFK Tallkotte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludwig Östlund to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the game, Cléberson Bittencourt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Michael Hydén. Cléberson Bittencourt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Raphael Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute Alvar Forsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Socanelas FC's Claudinei Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Arvidsson in the 41st minute of play. Christer Glanselius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michael Hydén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphael Vargas, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

In the 87th match minute, Socanelas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cléberson Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. After 92 minutes, Doni Paiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Socanelas FC and the IFK Tallkotte players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Doni Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Socanelas FC had won after a very even match.
