Spectators: 7519 (Terracing: 5640, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Pål Klintæus started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of BENA FK booed when Sunkens Surtröjor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt Vennerkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johannes Kristiansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Bergqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johannes Kristiansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Johannes Kristiansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Waller in the 14th minute of play. Sunkens Surtröjor's Karl-Johan Lekberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Sunkens Surtröjor from getting a goal against them. After having played for 25 minutes, Pål Klintæus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BENA FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pål Klintæus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to BENA FK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Pål Klintæus hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Malte Gerdberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 played minutes BENA FK got a freekick which was hit by Pål Klintæus. 34 minutes into the match, BENA FK's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Sundström came free, but Johannes Kristiansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albert Bergqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Kristiansson having to interfere. Ingvar Waller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 43 minutes of play, Sunkens Surtröjor's Staffan Falck made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Johannes Kristiansson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Johannes Kristiansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Bergqvist in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albert Bergqvist was the one to do the kick off. Johannes Kristiansson made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Albert Bergqvist sent off a good shot on target. Marc Hökqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. When Sunkens Surtröjor's Albert Bergqvist, in the 57th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Sunkens Surtröjor. After 65 minutes, Marc Hökqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BENA FK and the Sunkens Surtröjor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marc Hökqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Karl-Johan Lekberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Hökqvist in the 69th minute of the match. Albert Bergqvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Johannes Kristiansson firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 74 minutes, Albert Bergqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunkens Surtröjor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert Bergqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute Staffan Falck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Kristiansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albert Bergqvist came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Johannes Kristiansson could save by the left post. Karl-Johan Lekberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Hökqvist in the 84th minute of the match. After 86 played minutes BENA FK got a freekick which was hit by Erling Sundström. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Albert Bergqvist sped through BENA FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Johannes Kristiansson. Pål Klintæus's late challenge caught a Sunkens Surtröjor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pål Klintæus helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th match minute, BENA FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pål Klintæus to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Sunkens Surtröjor left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BENA FK.
