Lothar Samson hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Charlie Gernsback's late challenge caught a FC Luck's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Charlie Gernsback helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Luck booed when FC Maliğin Adamları was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Gernsback didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Maliğin Adamları's goalkeeper Oskar Glück, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sam Hundhammer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ciprian Barboni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerry Majerus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC Luck defense, Jerry Majerus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciprian Barboni. The FC Luck fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciprian Barboni should have stopped the shot. After 36 minutes, Ferdinand Mortu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Luck and the FC Maliğin Adamları players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Luck's Ferdinand Mortu got a free kick in the 36th minute. Oskar Glück showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Mitescu in the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Alin Alexe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Luck fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jerry Majerus was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Petru Vişoianu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, FC Luck's Daniel Mitescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. 61 minutes into the match, FC Luck's Alin Alexe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oskar Glück narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, FC Luck's Oskar Glück threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daniel Mitescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, FC Luck's Nicu Nițoi got a free kick in the 65th minute. FC Luck's Ciprian Barboni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Hundhammer in the 66th minute of play. Ferdinand Mortu scored 2-3 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oskar Glück, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicu Nițoi hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 81 played minutes FC Luck got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Mortu. In the 82nd minute, Sam Hundhammer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Luck getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Nistor Valerian hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Sam Hundhammer managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Maliğin Adamları's supporters rose to their feet, but Sam Hundhammer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciprian Barboni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciprian Barboni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Hundhammer in the 94th minute of the match. The FC Maliğin Adamları supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Luck's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Luck.
