Vitório Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Paraense, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 21 played minutes COURO COME FC got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Tasso. 23 minutes into the match, COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Dino Domingues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gugu Saldanha. Elói Branco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dino Domingues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Quebra Ossos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Téo Fonseca in the 27th minute. Dino Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Telmo Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Rubinho Tavares put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Vitório Britto. Dino Domingues made an important save on a dangerous shot by Telmo Salles in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute Elói Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rubinho Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitório Britto having to interfere. Dino Domingues was a little too slow when Elói Branco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elói Branco made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Elói Branco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dino Domingues. COURO COME FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elói Branco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. In the 58thth minute of the game Gugu Saldanha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but COURO COME FC's Dino Domingues was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vitório Britto made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Rui Paraense sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elói Branco in the 63rd minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Dino Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitório Britto having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Telmo Salles in the 69th minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Dino Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, COURO COME FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elói Branco came free, but Dino Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dário Sabóia kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Quebra Ossos FC's Vitório Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rubinho Tavares in the 73rd minute of play. Erik Coelho kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, COURO COME FC's Erik Coelho got a free kick in the 79th minute. COURO COME FC's Dino Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Branco in the 84th minute of play. Dino Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telmo Salles in the 86th minute of play. Gugu Saldanha took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dino Domingues. Dino Domingues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Quebra Ossos FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
