After 3 minutes of play, Xiboquinha FC's Tomás Quintal made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jefferson Goiano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denis Orain's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Aldo Rafel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Quintal in the 28th minute of play. After 33 minutes, Sixto Gines mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caricancha and the Xiboquinha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Sixto Gines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aldo Rafel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 35 played minutes Xiboquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Meireles. Hélder Meireles scored 0-3 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aldo Rafel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Denis Orain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Aldo Rafel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Quintal in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Caricancha's goalkeeper Aldo Rafel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Denis Orain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Denis Orain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 played minutes Caricancha got a freekick which was hit by Denis Orain. Aldo Rafel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hélder Meireles in the 95th minute. Although Caricancha had been in control for most of the match, Xiboquinha FC still came away with the win.
