Spectators: 7632 (Terracing: 5725, Seating: 1755, VIP seats: 152) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marek Citko kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Muget's zone, Marek Citko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Zogreanu came out of the goal and Marek Citko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute Petru Sabău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Cizeski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Muget's Mugur Popescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waldemar Cizeski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marek Citko took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Zogreanu. Sebastian Zogreanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 23 minutes in the game, Horia Bota fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Waldemar Cizeski having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Olympique Gdynia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedykt Rakiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Waldemar Cizeski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cristian Mărăcuță. With a little luck, Olympique Gdynia's Waldemar Cizeski got control of the ball when Petru Sabău tried to sneak it across the goal line. Waldemar Cizeski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Sabău in the 32nd minute of play. Waldemar Cizeski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petru Sabău, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 43rd match minute, Muget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Gârneață to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Petru Sabău to make the kick off. A collision led to Olympique Gdynia getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Antoni Nalaskowski hit a great ball. Waldemar Cizeski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petru Sabău, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mugur Popescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Zogreanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomil Waselewicz in the 70th minute of the match. Jan Sienkiewicz hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Petru Sabău charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Petru Sabău the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Olympique Gdynia's Boleslaw Kaznocha got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute, Petru Sabău ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waldemar Cizeski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 91st minute, Șerban Vulpăşin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Muget were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Olympique Gdynia for a fine match.
