When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Börje Jonsson took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tome Bencoiechea to make any attempt to save it. Gunnar Olofsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tome Bencoiechea came out and tried to block the shot, but Gunnar Olofsson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 7th minute. If Gilberto Bodelon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kiko Ponce De Leon struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Joar Vallengren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sobrecastell UD. Tome Bencoiechea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Morgan Brummer in the 14th minute. After 17 minutes, Gilberto Bodelon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sobrecastell UD and the Polly Magoo Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gilberto Bodelon hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. A hard shot 18 in the game by Börje Jonsson from a close distance when the talented Tome Bencoiechea managed to make a qualified save. Sobrecastell UD's players were relieved. A collision led to Sobrecastell UD getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Edur Tarin hit a great ball. Iker Flores's late challenge caught a Polly Magoo Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iker Flores helped the player get up and apologised. After 26 played minutes Sobrecastell UD got a freekick which was hit by Iker Flores. After some careless play in the Polly Magoo Juniors defense, Kiko Ponce De Leon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joar Vallengren. The Polly Magoo Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joar Vallengren should have stopped the shot. Joar Vallengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kiko Ponce De Leon in the 32nd minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Gaizka Bermudez came free, but Joar Vallengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes, Börje Jonsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Polly Magoo Juniors and the Sobrecastell UD players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Sobrecastell UD's Tome Bencoiechea got control of the ball when Börje Jonsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Richie Vagrande hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. When Börje Jonsson came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Polly Magoo Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Börje Jonsson couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

In the 57th minute Kiko Ponce De Leon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Vallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Olofsson in the 59th minute of play forced Sobrecastell UD's goalkeeper Tome Bencoiechea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Morgan Brummer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Tome Bencoiechea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tome Bencoiechea came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Polly Magoo Juniors's Gunnar Olofsson. But to his dismay, Gunnar Olofsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kiko Ponce De Leon got free with Joar Vallengren in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Richie Vagrande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Jonsson in the 84th minute of play forced Sobrecastell UD's goalkeeper Tome Bencoiechea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gunnar Olofsson's late challenge caught a Sobrecastell UD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gunnar Olofsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Polly Magoo Juniors's Gunnar Olofsson got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 94 minutes of play Sobrecastell UD's Gilberto Bodelon was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Polly Magoo Juniors booed when Sobrecastell UD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Bodelon didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Polly Magoo Juniors fully deserved thier win.
