Rafal Chazen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Hamon in the 3rd minute of the match. Stéphane Reine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartlomiej Kasiewski in the 14th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Gorzyczanka 1988 KS got a freekick which was hit by Konstanty Karanewski. Rafal Chazen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samir Baguet went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the match, Alexandrie CF's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacy Pyrzyce came free, but Stéphane Reine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gorzyczanka 1988 KS's Rafal Chazen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Hamon in the 24th minute of play. After 26 played minutes Alexandrie CF got a freekick which was hit by Luis Loze. In the 28th minute, Ignacy Pyrzyce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 37 played minutes Gorzyczanka 1988 KS got a freekick which was hit by Szczepan Wicherek. A collision led to Gorzyczanka 1988 KS getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Bartlomiej Kasiewski hit a great ball. Bartlomiej Kasiewski scored 1-1 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stéphane Reine, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignacy Pyrzyce was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Hamon in the 54th minute of play forced Gorzyczanka 1988 KS's goalkeeper Rafal Chazen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gorzyczanka 1988 KS's Rafal Chazen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Hamon in the 63rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Sam Hamon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafal Chazen was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 72nd minute Zdzislaw Borowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stéphane Reine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octave Grès kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Zdzislaw Borowski struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Stéphane Reine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gorzyczanka 1988 KS. The supporters of Alexandrie CF booed when Gorzyczanka 1988 KS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdzislaw Borowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Jean-Christophe Boquet sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gorzyczanka 1988 KS's Rafal Chazen didn't even have to move. 79 minutes into the match, Alexandrie CF's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacy Pyrzyce came free, but Stéphane Reine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Alexandrie CF fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Alexandrie CF's Sam Hamon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 87th minute Sam Hamon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafal Chazen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafal Chazen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sam Hamon's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Gorzyczanka 1988 KS's Rafal Chazen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Hamon in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Sam Hamon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafal Chazen. Gorzyczanka 1988 KS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Hamon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Alexandrie CF had won after a very even match.
