Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Tomás Sauveur started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 played minutes C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Firmin. In the 3rd minute of the match Fausto Bermudez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ata Jamal skillfully saved the ball. C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's Ata Jamal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Weterio in the 4th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Tigres Ñacuñán FC got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Mirande. After 18 played minutes C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Firmin. Ata Jamal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Bermudez in the 21st minute of play. Ata Jamal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Weterio in the 23rd minute of the match. Ernesto Guillem hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Mariano Orland successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 34 minutes into the match, C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Guillem came free, but Ata Jamal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tomás Sauveur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mariano Orland was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Benedicto Mirande kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Sauveur in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Orland saved Tigres Ñacuñán FC from getting behind. Tomás Sauveur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Orland having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Marcelino Ederono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Benedicto Mirande made a precise shot to the right of Ata Jamal. C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 47 minutes, Tadeo Mergildo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tigres Ñacuñán FC and the C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Benedicto Mirande was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 54 minutes into the match, C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's Tomás Sauveur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariano Orland narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tadeo Mergildo kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Tomás Sauveur took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Orland. Mariano Orland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Benedicto Mirande's late challenge caught a C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benedicto Mirande helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tigres Ñacuñán FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Benedicto Mirande hit a great ball. C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's Ata Jamal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Guillem in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA booed when Tigres Ñacuñán FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Mirande didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th match minute, Tigres Ñacuñán FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Weterio to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Sauveur in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariano Orland prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomás Sauveur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Estevez kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Ata Jamal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Guillem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ata Jamal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Weterio in the 88th minute of play. The supporters of C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA booed when Tigres Ñacuñán FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Weterio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Sauveur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomás Sauveur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariano Orland having to make a save.
