Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) Sporting Tuga FC's Vladimiro Meireles started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Palmiro Fraga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Tuga FC and the Möhnsen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Palmiro Fraga hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 9 played minutes Möhnsen FC got a freekick which was hit by Dieter Popp. Günther Kaiser's late challenge caught a Sporting Tuga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Günther Kaiser helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th match minute, Möhnsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Günther Kaiser to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute Albertino Oliveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermann Althaus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Diego Estrela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Tuga FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Möhnsen FC the free kick. In the 20th match minute, Sporting Tuga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Estrela to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Sporting Tuga FC defense, Knut Kuschel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dário Vilar. The Sporting Tuga FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dário Vilar should have stopped the shot. Enzo Chagas kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. The throw-in from Alberto Figueira in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Möhnsen FC's Alan Bornscheuer. Laurenz Torres hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 43 played minutes Sporting Tuga FC got a freekick which was hit by Albérico Camargo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Meireles in the 47th minute of play forced Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper Hermann Althaus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albertino Oliveira during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Möhnsen FC booed when Sporting Tuga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertino Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 52 minutes into the match, Sporting Tuga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jes Klanthe came free, but Dário Vilar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Estrela got his second yellow card in the match during the 52nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Diego Estrela hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Günther Kaiser took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dário Vilar. Dário Vilar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Meireles in the 63rd minute of play forced Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper Hermann Althaus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Knut Kuschel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dário Vilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th match minute, Sporting Tuga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Chagas to maneuver through the defense. Dário Vilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Knut Kuschel in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Günther Kaiser in the 84th minute of play forced Sporting Tuga FC's goalkeeper Dário Vilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sporting Tuga FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Möhnsen FC.
