Spectators: 7545 (Terracing: 5660, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) Real Brasil F.C.'s Tiago Gabriel Mendes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dobromir Fafinski scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilvan Ribeiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 8 minutes into the game, Pawel Pieprz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gilvan Ribeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Tiago Gabriel Mendes fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Brasil F.C.'s protests and gave Tiago Gabriel Mendes a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Real Brasil F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Gabriel Mendes. In the 15th minute of the match Boguslaw Lamczyk sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilvan Ribeiro skillfully saved the ball. Gilvan Ribeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zula Scislowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Real Brasil F.C.'s Márcio Braga got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Boguslaw Lamczyk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilvan Ribeiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 31 played minutes Purple Shadows got a freekick which was hit by Zula Scislowicz. Gilvan Ribeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Pieprz in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Real Brasil F.C.'s Tiago Gabriel Mendes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zbyszko Duda. Zbyszko Duda yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Purple Shadows's Pawel Pieprz got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 54th minute, Christian de Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Real Brasil F.C.'s Gilvan Ribeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pawel Pieprz in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Real Brasil F.C. booed when Purple Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dobromir Fafinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Eduardo Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Gilvan Ribeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Pieprz, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th match minute, Real Brasil F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernandão Alves to maneuver through the defense. Gilvan Ribeiro was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tymoteusz Skirzynski. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zula Scislowicz got free with Gilvan Ribeiro in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Real Brasil F.C.'s Gilvan Ribeiro got control of the ball when Zula Scislowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zbyszko Duda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Mendes in the 81st minute of play. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Zula Scislowicz sped through Real Brasil F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gilvan Ribeiro. Márcio Braga kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The Purple Shadows supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Purple Shadows would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
