After 6 played minutes TUSE got a freekick which was hit by Zoltán Fazekas. Cazimir Negulescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Béla Medgyesi came out and tried to block the shot, but Cazimir Negulescu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. When Jácint Kálmán fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TUSE's protests and gave Jácint Kálmán a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TUSE getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jácint Kálmán hit a great ball. Béla Medgyesi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cazimir Negulescu in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, István Szigethy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Béla Medgyesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cazimir Negulescu in the 21st minute of play. Endre Kaiser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Codruț Dindelegan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. István Szigethy kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th play minute Leontin Hosu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Béla Medgyesi. 2-0. The TUSE fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when TUSE's Kornél Szabó looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. TUSE's Béla Medgyesi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Hosu in the 38th minute of play. Béla Medgyesi was a little too slow when Leontin Hosu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 3-1. Kornél Szabó struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Codruț Dindelegan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TUSE. After 46 played minutes TUSE got a freekick which was hit by Zoltán Fazekas. A hard shot by Basarab Constantinescu from long distance, 47 minutes into the match, got Béla Medgyesi's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Béla Medgyesi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leontin Hosu in the 52nd minute of the match. Sabin Oros kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the TUSE defense, Leontin Hosu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Béla Medgyesi. The TUSE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Béla Medgyesi should have stopped the shot. In the 58th match minute, TUSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Endre Kozma to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, TUSE's goal looked a bit too open when Leontin Hosu came free, but Béla Medgyesi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to TUSE getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Endre Kaiser hit a great ball. Sabin Oros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Béla Medgyesi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Leontin Hosu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Leontin Hosu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Béla Medgyesi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leontin Hosu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Kornél Szabó got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute Ionuț Robu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Béla Medgyesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 minutes of play, Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s Sabin Oros made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Béla Medgyesi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Béla Medgyesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cazimir Negulescu in the 94th minute of play. Béla Medgyesi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leontin Hosu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
