Spectators: 7530 (Terracing: 5649, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emanuel Barbu took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Murillo Travassos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valentin Hâjdău. Murillo Travassos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 12 minutes, Egídio Pontes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clube Atlético Paulista and the Hope AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Hope AFC defense, Fred da Silva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentin Hâjdău. The Hope AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Hâjdău should have stopped the shot. Valentin Hâjdău was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Murillo Travassos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 18 minute of play. In the 21st minute, Fred da Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Murillo Travassos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valentin Hâjdău. That made the score 5-0 in the 24 minute of play. Luís Fabiano Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Valentin Hâjdău tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Hâjdău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murillo Travassos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, André Luiz da Costa took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Valentin Hâjdău to make any attempt to save it. After 41 minutes of play, Clube Atlético Paulista's Murillo Travassos made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valentin Hâjdău was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute Murillo Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Hâjdău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Hâjdău didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Murillo Travassos went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murillo Travassos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Hope AFC's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz da Costa came free, but Valentin Hâjdău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Travassos in the 55th minute of play. In the 57thth minute of the game Murillo Travassos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valentin Hâjdău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 69th play minutes Murillo Travassos shot 10-0, a short shot which went by Valentin Hâjdău and just under the crossbar into goal. Clube Atlético Paulista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murillo Travassos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Clube Atlético Paulista players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
