Spectators: 7448 (Terracing: 5587, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Deimantas Valys started the match with the kick off. In the 3rdth minute of the game Deimantas Valys who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Polonia Łaziska's Remigiusz Pisarczyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Deimantas Valys put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Remigiusz Pisarczyk. Daugirdas Leonaitis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Kochanowicz in the 12th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Kipras Narutavičius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Waldemar Banas came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Polonia Łaziska fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Banas couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute Saulius Barsys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigiusz Pisarczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Deimantas Valys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Deimantas Valys's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remigiusz Pisarczyk was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deimantas Valys in the 41st minute of play forced Polonia Łaziska's goalkeeper Remigiusz Pisarczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deimantas Valys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Remigiusz Pisarczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aldas Saulis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugeniusz Kochanowicz was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Remigiusz Pisarczyk managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Geležinis Vilkas's Deimantas Valys fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Remigiusz Pisarczyk made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Saulius Barsys sent off a good shot on target. Deimantas Valys did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Remigiusz Pisarczyk 57 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, Polonia Łaziska's goal looked a bit too open when Deimantas Valys came free, but Remigiusz Pisarczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Saulius Barsys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the last second Remigiusz Pisarczyk throw himself and got hold of the ball when Deimantas Valys in the 65thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Remigiusz Pisarczyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saulius Barsys in the 69th minute. When Deimantas Valys came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Geležinis Vilkas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Deimantas Valys couldn't finish the play. Daugirdas Leonaitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witold Olszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Deimantas Valys dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Remigiusz Pisarczyk, 0-3. Deimantas Valys scored 0-4 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remigiusz Pisarczyk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Geležinis Vilkas getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Jogaila Jameikis hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Remigiusz Pisarczyk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Girkantas Laucius hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Geležinis Vilkas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Polonia Łaziska.
