Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Newton FC's Aristides Jorrin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 14th match minute, FC Blaugrana Kraków was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobiasz Derlanga to maneuver through the defense. Tobiasz Derlanga charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobiasz Derlanga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Blaugrana Kraków getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Tobiasz Derlanga hit a great ball. If Leopoldo Martxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, Ludomir Dobilas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Blaugrana Kraków's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newton FC the free kick. Ludomir Dobilas kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Dobromir Kalak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Dobromir Kalak managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Blaugrana Kraków's supporters rose to their feet, but Dobromir Kalak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Madaleno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aristides Jorrin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dawid Budzynski having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Waldemar Plaski to strike the kick off in the second half. When David Lamberto came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Newton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Lamberto couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute, Aristides Jorrin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dawid Budzynski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 61 played minutes FC Blaugrana Kraków got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Olchowy. Newton FC's Aristides Jorrin got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the game, Kajetan Kossakowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Blaugrana Kraków's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newton FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Blaugrana Kraków's Kajetan Kossakowski got a free kick in the 65th minute. Dobromir Kalak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Flavio Madaleno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Ludomir Dobilas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, FC Blaugrana Kraków's goalkeeper Dawid Budzynski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aristides Jorrin. Dobromir Kalak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Madaleno having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waldemar Plaski in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Madaleno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leopoldo Martxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 82 minutes, Leopoldo Martxel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Martxel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute Waldemar Plaski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Madaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Daniel Jaraczewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Blaugrana Kraków's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newton FC the free kick. The supporters of Newton FC booed when FC Blaugrana Kraków was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Jaraczewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Blaugrana Kraków's zone, Leopoldo Martxel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dawid Budzynski came out of the goal and Leopoldo Martxel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute, Mateusz Domaracki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Newton FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Blaugrana Kraków throughout the match.
