With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Roche in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hortêncio Madureira saved Reac Futebol Clube from getting behind. In the 40th minute, Marc Tyler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Simon Roche to make the kick off. Kurt Boyce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Reac Futebol Clube booed when Arrows Academy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camron Bullard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Fernando Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reac Futebol Clube's Hortêncio Madureira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Reac Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Reac Futebol Clube's Hortêncio Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Roche in the 78th minute of play. Luís Fernando Melo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rex Marler having to make a save. Simon Roche kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Rex Marler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fernando Melo in the 86th minute of the match. Jim Ackroyd hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Despite being the better team, Arrows Academy FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
