Ksawery Karwowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Kampus, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ's goalkeeper Ksawery Karwowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederic Kuster. Ksawery Karwowski made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Umberto Romano sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Schneider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beniamin Miazga in the 30th minute of the match. Ksawery Karwowski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 31st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Amandus Blattmer. In the 38th match minute, WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Kajfasz to maneuver through the defense. Wieslaw Iwanowski hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Amandus Blattmer was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Frederic Kuster struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Ksawery Karwowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Wil 1900. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frederic Kuster was the one to do the kick off. Carlos Schneider made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Beniamin Miazga sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Schneider was a little too slow when Florian Kajfasz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beniamin Miazga in the 62nd minute of play forced FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Carlos Schneider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th match minute, WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stasio Bielenda to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the game, FC Wil 1900's Frederic Kuster nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ksawery Karwowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Ksawery Karwowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Kampus in the 81st minute of the match. After 89 played minutes FC Wil 1900 got a freekick which was hit by David Krause. FC Wil 1900 succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ had controlled the match.
