When Hector Gonza was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 14 minutes had been played. 19 minutes into the game, Charis Serifis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kolopetinitsa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Imperio Académico the free kick. In the 54th minute Alkis Athanasiou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Hulberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kolopetinitsa's Lambros Karpodinis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 59th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Anacleto Hulberto but with some difficulty. Diogenis Kastras kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When Alkis Athanasiou, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 72 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Anacleto Hulberto was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Anacleto Hulberto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alkis Athanasiou went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Kolopetinitsa's Diogenis Kastras got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 88 played minutes Kolopetinitsa got a freekick which was hit by Orestis Vasilakopoulos. Viktoras Samios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Bernabel in the 93rd minute of the match. The Imperio Académico fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kolopetinitsa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
