Spectators: 7460 (Terracing: 5596, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luís Guilherme de Mendonça kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Luís Guilherme de Mendonça's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustin Cordarin was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Agustin Cordarin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugo de Queiroz went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Hugo de Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Cordarin having to interfere. After 25 minutes of play, Nova Venécia-ES's Hugo de Queiroz made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Agustin Cordarin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nova Venécia-ES's Olavo de Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Godoy in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo de Queiroz in the 35th minute of play forced Pincha FC's goalkeeper Agustin Cordarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hugo de Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgardo Godoy made a kick off. 64 minutes into the match, Pincha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo de Queiroz came free, but Agustin Cordarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardo Raitin during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Nova Venécia-ES booed when Pincha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Raitin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Nova Venécia-ES's Luís Guilherme de Mendonça broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 88th minute, Saul Hurko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Pincha FC's Agustin Cordarin got control of the ball when Luís Guilherme de Mendonça tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Hugo de Queiroz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nova Venécia-ES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo de Queiroz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nova Venécia-ES walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
