Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) VIEDMA FC's Federico Leheren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Federico Leheren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Armando Nascimento made a huge save. Justo Laffitte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Washington Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The supporters of Real Brasília FC - DMZ booed when VIEDMA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Leheren didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Real Brasília FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Ariando came free, but Armando Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st match minute, VIEDMA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Leheren to maneuver through the defense. If Washington Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Cléber Falcão in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by VIEDMA FC's Adan Olo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingos Ariando got free with Armando Nascimento in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Washington Fernandes took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justo Laffitte. Justo Laffitte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 37th minute, Tarcisio Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Leheren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Armando Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingos Ariando during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Domingos Ariando kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Washington Fernandes in the 43rd minute of play forced VIEDMA FC's goalkeeper Justo Laffitte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Washington Fernandes to make the kick off. After 55 minutes of play, VIEDMA FC's Federico Leheren made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Nascimento was left in no man's land by his defense there! Washington Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adan Olo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Real Brasília FC - DMZ booed when VIEDMA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nereo Turi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, VIEDMA FC's goalkeeper Justo Laffitte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Washington Fernandes. Washington Fernandes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Justo Laffitte skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 87 minutes into the match, Federico Leheren notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Real Brasília FC - DMZ's Armando Nascimento. Armando Nascimento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Washington Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Justo Laffitte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. VIEDMA FC had won after a very even match.
