Spectators: 7458 (Terracing: 5594, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) SK Slavia Bohnice's Šimon Mikulica started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Borzykówka's Korneliusz Ziemniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Šimon Mikulica in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Borzykówka's Roch Zjawin got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 9 minutes of play, SK Slavia Bohnice's Libor Adamus made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Korneliusz Ziemniak was left in no man's land by his defense there! 12 minutes into the match, Borzykówka's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Altman came free, but Korneliusz Ziemniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Hurych in the 17th minute of play forced Borzykówka's goalkeeper Korneliusz Ziemniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Borzykówka's goal looked a bit too open when Šimon Mikulica came free, but Korneliusz Ziemniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Libor Adamus took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Korneliusz Ziemniak. Korneliusz Ziemniak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When SK Slavia Bohnice's Libor Adamus in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Borzykówka's goalie prevented a goal. Korneliusz Ziemniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Hurych in the 29th minute of play. After 33 played minutes SK Slavia Bohnice got a freekick which was hit by Michail Slavíček. Matěj Pulkrábek made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Zdzislaw Puszynski sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute Šimon Mikulica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Ziemniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 minutes, Libor Adamus made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Borzykówka's Korneliusz Ziemniak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Eugeniusz Kisiel hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. If Emil Hurych had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 48 minutes into the match, Borzykówka's goal looked a bit too open when Šimon Mikulica came free, but Korneliusz Ziemniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Borzykówka players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SK Slavia Bohnice were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zdzislaw Puszynski to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Libor Adamus could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Korneliusz Ziemniak however easily saved by the left post. 54 minutes into the match, Borzykówka's goalkeeper Korneliusz Ziemniak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Libor Adamus. Šimon Mikulica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korneliusz Ziemniak having to interfere. Šimon Mikulica was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 61st minute. SK Slavia Bohnice's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 64th match minute, Borzykówka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Puszynski to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to SK Slavia Bohnice getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Libor Adamus hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes Borzykówka got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Czerniak. Libor Adamus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korneliusz Ziemniak having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Korneliusz Ziemniak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Artur Ručka hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Borzykówka's Robert Kosiorek got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Šimon Mikulica's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Korneliusz Ziemniak was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Libor Adamus struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Korneliusz Ziemniak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK Slavia Bohnice. Korneliusz Ziemniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Altman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 97 played minutes SK Slavia Bohnice got a freekick which was hit by Bartoloměj Salajka. SK Slavia Bohnice's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
