The referee ignored Monumento Sports's protests and gave Toninho Arruda a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 minutes, Bernabe Policarpio made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Despite this Amadeu Koehler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Roque Sarracino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toninho Arruda, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Melchor Jerrald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Koehler having to interfere. If Geronimo Janpier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Monumento Sports's Amadeu Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Janpier in the 40th minute of play. 1-2 became the score in the 44th minute when Geronimo Janpier elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Mouricio couldn't finish the play. In the 76th minute of the game Teobaldo Bernad made a throw-in which Dario Mouricio played forward. Teobaldo Bernad made in the 80th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dario Mouricio immediately put the ball in play. Geronimo Janpier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Amadeu Koehler made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Erivaldo Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erubiel Maurino, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Toninho Arruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carmelo Isidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Koehler having to interfere. With a little luck, Monumento Sports's Amadeu Koehler got control of the ball when Dario Mouricio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carmelo Isidor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amadeu Koehler came out and tried to block the shot, but Carmelo Isidor slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Chacarita Futsal's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Gustavo Mazza came free, but Roque Sarracino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernabe Policarpio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amadeu Koehler came out and tried to block the shot, but Bernabe Policarpio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 94th minute. Chacarita Futsal's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
