Spectators: 7750 (Terracing: 5814, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Vidal started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Club Atlético Escocia booed when Compugraf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baltasar Elazar charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baltasar Elazar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Compugraf getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Luís Eduardo Miranda hit a great ball. Joel Vidal might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedicto Otoniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Vidal ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the match, Compugraf's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Madaleno came free, but Chico Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Compugraf were furious when Júlio Neves was red carded, 30 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Compugraf getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Júlio Neves hit a great ball. In the 31st minute Arturo Madaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Compugraf's Chico Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Beturian in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Compugraf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Eduardo Miranda to maneuver through the defense. Arturo Madaleno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chico Fernandez having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 57thth minute of the game Márcio Domingues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Escocia's Benedicto Otoniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Compugraf's Márcio Domingues got a free kick in the 63rd minute. When Baltasar Elazar came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Club Atlético Escocia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltasar Elazar couldn't finish the play. If Arturo Madaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 74 minutes, Márcio Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Compugraf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Márcio Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chico Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Elazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Benedicto Otoniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio Domingues in the 92nd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Márcio Domingues was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Compugraf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Escocia the free kick. A collision led to Compugraf getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Márcio Domingues hit a great ball. Compugraf were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Atlético Escocia for a fine match.
