Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ernesto Claris got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abelardo Bortzaioriz during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Robustiano Esiquio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romeo Dorio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Vaqueteros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Nafarroa came free, but Romeo Dorio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vaqueteros FC's Romeo Dorio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Calvet in the 16th minute of play. Romeo Dorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Esiquio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Dorio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ismael Nafarroa went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Atilano Lluciano fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vende Humo's protests and gave Atilano Lluciano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vende Humo getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Atilano Lluciano hit a great ball. After 31 played minutes Vende Humo got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Cordarryl. 36 minutes into the match, Vende Humo's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Cugat came free, but Camilo Hodei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Ismael Nafarroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Dorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Honorio Tono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Vende Humo's Cirilo Balendin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cirilo Balendin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Vende Humo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cirilo Balendin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 60th minute Abelardo Bortzaioriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Hodei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Nastasio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Romeo Dorio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alvaro Nastasio struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Romeo Dorio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vende Humo. Vende Humo made a substitution. Leonides Lazcano replaced Placido Berenguer. In the 70th minute, Abelardo Bortzaioriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd match minute, Vaqueteros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Tono to maneuver through the defense. Vende Humo's Leonides Lazcano got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Paolo Servando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Vende Humo getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Atilano Lluciano hit a great ball. Camilo Hodei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Bortzaioriz in the 82nd minute of the match. Inocencio Mantzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Romeo Dorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Dorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Lazcano in the 86th minute of play. If Leonides Lazcano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inocencio Mantzio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vende Humo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
