Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Faustino Markel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feyyaz Sabit in the 4th minute of play. Faustino Markel made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Kenan Haylaz sent off a good shot on target. G . S A R A Y were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ali Haydar İhlas took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ali Haydar İhlas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Faustino Markel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feyyaz Sabit in the 11th minute of play forced Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's goalkeeper Faustino Markel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's goal looked a bit too open when Feyyaz Sabit came free, but Faustino Markel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şaban Salah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Dino in the 21st minute of the match. Faustino Markel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duran Oytun in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute Esteve Dino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şaban Salah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Faustino Markel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Olimpo de Bahia Blanca from getting a goal against them. 35 minutes into the match, Kenan Haylaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Faustino Markel. Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kenan Haylaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 39 minutes into the game, Feyyaz Sabit recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Faustino Markel. Feyyaz Sabit showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Duran Oytun charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Duran Oytun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Esteve Toribio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Şaban Salah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Esteve Toribio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. G . S A R A Y's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Esteve Toribio 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Silvano Artaldo's late challenge caught a G . S A R A Y's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvano Artaldo helped the player get up and apologised. Silvano Artaldo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. G . S A R A Y's Şaban Salah proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save G . S A R A Y from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Esteve Toribio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Şaban Salah. That made the score 2-3 in the 90 minute of play. Esteve Toribio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Şaban Salah came out and tried to block the shot, but Esteve Toribio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 93rd minute. The G . S A R A Y supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's performance. The match ended with a win for Olimpo de Bahia Blanca.
