Spectators: 7711 (Terracing: 5785, Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edgard Baldovino took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Menchu FC's Leonides Vigil slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anaia Litago. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. Filiberto Etxeberri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tonete Quintanilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Edgard Baldovino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Enrique Carreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orxata I Fartons's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Carreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filiberto Etxeberri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute Enrique Carreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Etxeberri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filiberto Etxeberri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izar Candamil in the 23rd minute of play. Menchu FC's Filiberto Etxeberri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Carreira in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tonete Quintanilla in the 26th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Filiberto Etxeberri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Etxeberri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bingen Palomares in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Carreira in the 29th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Filiberto Etxeberri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes Orxata I Fartons got a freekick which was hit by Albert Figueroa. A collision led to Menchu FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Edgard Baldovino hit a great ball. Denis Olando lost his temper 36 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 37 minutes into the match, Tonete Quintanilla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filiberto Etxeberri. Menchu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tonete Quintanilla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Carreira to strike the kick off in the second half. Orxata I Fartons's Anaia Litago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Honesto in the 51st minute of play. Leonides Vigil hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's goalkeeper Filiberto Etxeberri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tonete Quintanilla. A collision led to Orxata I Fartons getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Florencio Jaen hit a great ball. Tonete Quintanilla's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Filiberto Etxeberri skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Menchu FC's zone, Tonete Quintanilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filiberto Etxeberri came out of the goal and Tonete Quintanilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Enrique Carreira fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tonete Quintanilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Filiberto Etxeberri made a huge save. Anaia Litago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Mincho, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florencio Jaen during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 played minutes Orxata I Fartons got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Jaen. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Orxata I Fartons players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
