Guerrero Marva was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Benedito Carvalho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Benedito Carvalho really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Barcelona de América's Valentin Criado got a free kick in the 24th minute. A collision led to Elite™- FC Galácticos getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Benedito Carvalho hit a great ball. Valentin Criado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute, Ulises Casanande ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Glauco Soeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Luis-Antonio Hompanera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Glauco Soeiro having to interfere. After having played for 41 minutes, Benedito Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elite™- FC Galácticos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedito Carvalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Barcelona de América booed when Elite™- FC Galácticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Nicolas Mendes got a free kick in the 48th minute. Glauco Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Villascuerna in the 49th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

57 minutes into the match, Elite™- FC Galácticos's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Casanande came free, but Glauco Soeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 played minutes Elite™- FC Galácticos got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Reis. After 72 played minutes Elite™- FC Galácticos got a freekick which was hit by Benedito Carvalho. With a little luck, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Glauco Soeiro got control of the ball when Ulises Casanande tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 79 minutes, Ulises Casanande made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Glauco Soeiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Matías Simão fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The Elite™- FC Galácticos supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barcelona de América's performance. The match ended with a win for Barcelona de América.
