Mircea Avacariței was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mircea Avacariței showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magne Linqvist in the 11th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Magne Linqvist notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC Urzicuța's Mircea Avacariței. Mircea Avacariței was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Axel Larsson during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mihai Marghescu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 35 played minutes FC Urzicuța got a freekick which was hit by Sandu Baltian. Mircea Avacariței made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Larsson in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Magne Linqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mircea Avacariței was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 43 minutes into the game, Vejbystrand's Axel Larsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mircea Avacariței made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After the first half Vejbystrand were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Magne Linqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Mircea Avacariței made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Magne Linqvist sent off a good shot on target. Magne Linqvists short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Mircea Avacariței to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Magne Linqvist took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Mircea Avacariței to make any attempt to save it. 67 minutes into the match, Vejbystrand's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Oanță came free, but Lars Molander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cezar Băbescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magne Linqvist in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mircea Avacariței saved FC Urzicuța from getting behind. Lars Molander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihai Marghescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Dan Oanță hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Mircea Avacariței stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bengt-Arne Smed's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the game, Magne Linqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Mircea Avacariței was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cezar Băbescu hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Bengt-Arne Smed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Mircea Avacariței tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mircea Avacariței made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Axel Larsson sent off a good shot on target. Magne Linqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute.
