Spectators: 7751 (Terracing: 5815, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gwidon Chowaniec got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, ATHLETICO PRaiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgílio Maia to maneuver through the defense. José Paulo Almeida lost his temper 10 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to ATHLETICO PRaiano getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. José Paulo Almeida hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Chowaniec in the 12th minute of play forced ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Arlindo Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Arlindo Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szczepan Olszewski in the 21st minute of play. Arlindo Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Chowaniec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Grodzka booed when ATHLETICO PRaiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. César Severo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adhemar Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Zdzislaw Walentowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 minutes of play, FC Grodzka's Gwidon Chowaniec made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arlindo Romero was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th play minute Gugu Leme came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zdzislaw Walentowicz. 1-1. Arlindo Romero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gwidon Chowaniec went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 47 minutes into the match, Szczepan Olszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arlindo Romero. ATHLETICO PRaiano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Szczepan Olszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The ATHLETICO PRaiano players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Grodzka were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adhemar Diniz was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Gwidon Chowaniec dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arlindo Romero, 1-4. 55 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Chowaniec came free, but Arlindo Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gwidon Chowaniec received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arlindo Romero came out and tried to block the shot, but Gwidon Chowaniec slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 58th minute. Tadeusz Siekierka kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. A collision led to ATHLETICO PRaiano getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Adhemar Diniz hit a great ball. Szczepan Olszewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Arlindo Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adhemar Diniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 91 minutes of play, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Gugu Leme made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zdzislaw Walentowicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute, César Severo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Grodzka had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
