Spectators: 7716 (Terracing: 5788, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gwidon Chowaniec kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, Nestor Mirande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Martin de Tucumán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Grodzka the free kick. The supporters of FC Grodzka booed when San Martin de Tucumán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Mirande didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliciano Chorche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwidon Chowaniec, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After 6 played minutes FC Grodzka got a freekick which was hit by Mikolaj Piszczor. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Grodzka's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Walentowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to San Martin de Tucumán getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Dalmacio Maiorga hit a great ball. Feliciano Chorche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Chowaniec in the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, San Martin de Tucumán's Esteban Savier dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 31st minute, Mieszko Literski made a precise shot to the right of Feliciano Chorche. San Martin de Tucumán's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in San Martin de Tucumán's zone, Gwidon Chowaniec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliciano Chorche came out of the goal and Gwidon Chowaniec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 40 played minutes San Martin de Tucumán got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Mirande. Gwidon Chowaniec blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliciano Chorche having to make a save. Wilfredo Iliana kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orlando Sanduru made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gwidon Chowaniec got free with Feliciano Chorche in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 54 minutes, Edmund Loncki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Grodzka and the San Martin de Tucumán players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Grodzka's Edmund Loncki got a free kick in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the game, Esteban Savier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Martin de Tucumán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Grodzka the free kick. In the 56th minute, Esteban Savier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orlando Sanduru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Walentowicz having to interfere. Gwidon Chowaniecs short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Feliciano Chorche to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. FC Grodzka were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after San Martin de Tucumán's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gwidon Chowaniec took the corner. The corner led FC Grodzka's Gwidon Chowaniec to fire away a dangerous shot which Feliciano Chorche despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 78 minutes, Szczepan Olszewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Grodzka and the San Martin de Tucumán players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Grodzka getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Szczepan Olszewski hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Gaspar Rosario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, San Martin de Tucumán's Feliciano Chorche got control of the ball when Gwidon Chowaniec tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 81 played minutes San Martin de Tucumán got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Palban. When the match was over FC Grodzka could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than San Martin de Tucumán throughout the match.
