The referee ignored Deportivo Tachito's protests and gave Paulo Vela a yellow card for diving instead. Habakkuk Given showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Feliz, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo Tachito's Justino Feliz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Habakkuk Given. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. In the 30th minute, Berthold Sibbern made a precise shot to the right of Armando Foro. Deportivo Tachito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Habakkuk Given made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Elodio in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Hvam FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frede Raunsholm to maneuver through the defense. When Deportivo Tachito's Jimeno Elodio in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee showed Johannes Perro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Johannes Perro hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Ildefonso Ladio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Habakkuk Given. Hvam FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Armando Foro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berthold Sibbern in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute Chrestian Sæmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Foro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Frede Raunsholm made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Tachito's Gavino Martino got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute, Hvam FC's Habakkuk Shearer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Armando Foro. Armando Foro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Habakkuk Shearer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Armando Foro came out and tried to block the shot, but Habakkuk Shearer slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Feliz in the 62nd minute of play forced Hvam FC's goalkeeper Habakkuk Given to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Aureliano Eusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Habakkuk Given saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hvam FC's Habakkuk Given played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Martino in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute Frede Raunsholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Foro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Habakkuk Shearer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Armando Foro made a huge save. 82 minutes into the match, Habakkuk Shearer notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Deportivo Tachito's Armando Foro. Armando Foro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Habakkuk Given made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Elodio in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hvam FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
