Spectators: 7733 (Terracing: 5801, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rudy Cherry kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, Tristan Lambert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 6 played minutes, DOJLIDY's Bogdan Barniszke shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Juste Reynolds came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in DOJLIDY reached it. Iwo Ledochowski kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, DOJLIDY's Edmund Gecionis got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Arden Turner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Varennes booed when DOJLIDY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Konieczny didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 minutes, Rolf Boucher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Varennes and the DOJLIDY players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of DOJLIDY booed when Varennes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolf Boucher didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Varennes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bogdan Barniszke was slow to take the kick. During this time DOJLIDY's players had a chance to rest. The corner led DOJLIDY's Bogdan Barniszke to fire away a dangerous shot which Juste Reynolds despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 27th minute Rudy Cherry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boleslaw Marchlewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Rudy Cherry made a precise shot to the right of Boleslaw Marchlewicz. DOJLIDY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 40th minute, DOJLIDY's Bogdan Barniszke ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juste Reynolds. Juste Reynolds yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. 44 minutes into the match, DOJLIDY's goal looked a bit too open when Rudy Cherry came free, but Boleslaw Marchlewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrzej Trzemzalski kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bogdan Barniszke stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Boleslaw Marchlewicz made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Darron Godfrey sent off a good shot on target. 56 minutes into the match, DOJLIDY's goalkeeper Boleslaw Marchlewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rudy Cherry. Bogdan Barniszke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juste Reynolds showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Ledochowski in the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of Varennes booed when DOJLIDY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Lemiesz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boleslaw Marchlewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arden Turner in the 66th minute of play. Bogdan Barniszke struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Juste Reynolds didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DOJLIDY. In the 69th play minute Graham Gareau came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Boleslaw Marchlewicz. 2-3. In the 73rd minute, DOJLIDY's Edgar Lemiesz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Edgar Lemiesz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of DOJLIDY protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Edgar Lemiesz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 74th minute, Edgar Lemiesz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boleslaw Marchlewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lyman Peacock, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Varennes's Rudy Cherry slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Boleslaw Marchlewicz. That made the score 2-4 after 84 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rudy Cherry in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boleslaw Marchlewicz saved DOJLIDY from getting behind. When the match was over Varennes could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than DOJLIDY throughout the match.
