In the 3rd minute Joannes Vischkens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Cucao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Anier Sazon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 9 minutes of play, North Hill United's Joannes Vischkens made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremias Cucao was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 13th minute there was a penalty for North Hill United. Patrik Sabbe stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jeremias Cucao. 0-2. 19 minutes into the game, Benni Vandamme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jeremias Cucao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benni Vandamme in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremias Cucao prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Marlin FC's Eugenio Esdras got a free kick in the 31st minute. Patrik Sabbe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jeremias Cucao. Marlin FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. North Hill United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Prudencio Chuse scored to the left of an out of position Robbrecht Van Eijken, making the score, 1-4. In the 39th match minute, North Hill United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Lissens to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Marlin FC's Anier Sazon got a free kick in the 41st minute. Jeremias Cucao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Lissens, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

In the 65th minute, Joannes Vischkens made a precise shot to the right of Jeremias Cucao. Marlin FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Leo Lissens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Jeremias Cucao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casimiro Gonzales's late challenge caught a North Hill United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Gonzales helped the player get up and apologised. Casimiro Gonzales hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 83rd match minute, Marlin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Erlantz to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bill Baert came free, but Jeremias Cucao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugenio Esdras during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of North Hill United booed when Marlin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Esdras didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute of the match Patrik Sabbe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jeremias Cucao skillfully saved the ball. Jeremias Cucao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leo Lissens in the 91st minute. Jeremias Cucao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benni Vandamme, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. North Hill United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
