Benni Vandamme in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christiano Fontes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Lissens got free with Christiano Fontes in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christiano Fontes didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 23rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Rouvoet in the 28th minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Christiano Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benni Vandamme who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Christiano Fontes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Christiano Fontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Rouvoet, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's José Oliveira got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benni Vandamme made a kick off. Christiano Fontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Lissens's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. LauerArmy's Olívio Goiano got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 63 minutes of play, North Hill United's Joannes Vischkens made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christiano Fontes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 68 minutes into the game, Jordi Celis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Hill United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LauerArmy the free kick. Robbrecht Van Eijken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otávio Prado in the 69th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Lissens came free, but Christiano Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 played minutes North Hill United got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Sabbe. In the 78th match minute, North Hill United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Lissens to maneuver through the defense. Christiano Fontes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Lissens went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The North Hill United fans cheered their team off the field, for while LauerArmy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
