The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Andrzej Pluciennik made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Marlin FC's Timoteo Evis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Boleslaw Marchlewicz was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Anier Sazon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anier Sazon really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Timoteo Evis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Barniszke in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Leonard Konieczny made a precise shot to the right of Timoteo Evis. Marlin FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrzej Trzemzalski during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marlin FC's Prudencio Chuse shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 16th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Boleslaw Marchlewicz but with some difficulty. In the 18th minute, Marlin FC's Anier Sazon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. In the 22nd match minute, Marlin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Erramun to maneuver through the defense. Bogdan Barniszke took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Timoteo Evis. Marlin FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 24 minutes, Humberto Kinsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marlin FC and the DOJLIDY players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of DOJLIDY booed when Marlin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Kinsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Sazon in the 26th minute of play forced DOJLIDY's goalkeeper Boleslaw Marchlewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timoteo Evis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Konieczny in the 30th minute of play. Timoteo Evis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonard Konieczny went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Marlin FC's Humberto Kinsen got a free kick in the 35th minute. DOJLIDY's Andrzej Trzemzalski got his second yellow card of the match in the 38th minute. The referee ordered Andrzej Trzemzalski off the ground. The supporters of Marlin FC booed when DOJLIDY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrzej Trzemzalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to DOJLIDY getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Michal Siembab hit a great ball. Boleslaw Marchlewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Chuse in the 43rd minute of play. DOJLIDY's Boleslaw Marchlewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Chuse in the 45th minute of play. After the first half DOJLIDY were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bogdan Barniszke was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Prudencio Chuse made a precise shot to the right of Boleslaw Marchlewicz. DOJLIDY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Wawrzyniec Skrzypek hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, DOJLIDY's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Pudes came free, but Boleslaw Marchlewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Sazon in the 64th minute of play forced DOJLIDY's goalkeeper Boleslaw Marchlewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boleslaw Marchlewicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gregorio Loi went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. In the 73rd minute of the match Prudencio Chuse sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boleslaw Marchlewicz skillfully saved the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Marlin FC's Anier Sazon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boleslaw Marchlewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. After 88 played minutes DOJLIDY got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Kochniarczyk. In the 89th minute of the match Prudencio Chuse shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boleslaw Marchlewicz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marlin FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
