Atletic Elooo's Maximino Fidensio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Hotz in the 4th minute of play. Ulises Hotz scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximino Fidensio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ulises Hotz hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Severiano Belasko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nereo Nevada. That made the score 1-1 in the 17 minute of play. If Ariel Nuxila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the game, Ariel Nuxila recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nereo Nevada. Ariel Nuxila showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. 35 minutes into the match, Atletic Elooo's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Hotz came free, but Maximino Fidensio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes Atletic Elooo got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Nuxila. Nereo Nevada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Belasko in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulises Hotz to make the kick off. Jonatan Gimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 55 minutes, Severiano Belasko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletic Elooo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severiano Belasko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Belasko in the 63rd minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Nereo Nevada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Atletic Elooo's Ariel Nuxila nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nereo Nevada made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. When Severiano Belasko came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Atletic Elooo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Belasko couldn't finish the play. Candido Kaxen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maximino Fidensio. Atletic Elooo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Gaston Gar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ariel Nuxila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the game, Gringo Atila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Despidida AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletic Elooo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Gringo Atila got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute Ariel Nuxila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Nevada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
