After 4 played minutes Unidad de Matanza got a freekick which was hit by German Cordera. Melchor Montes took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidoro Chan. Isidoro Chan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Isidoro Chan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Lucado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulino Arias during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 16 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goalkeeper Orlando Quin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justino Pietro. Astor Resto hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's Severo Donio got a free kick in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Nicolas Hanot hit a great ball. Unidad de Matanza's Paulino Arias couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş. Isidoro Chan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Montes in the 28th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Rik came free, but Orlando Quin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Benedicto Lucado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unidad de Matanza's supporters rose to their feet, but Benedicto Lucado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Chan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Unidad de Matanza were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melchor Montes to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş booed when Unidad de Matanza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Cordera didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's Damaso Rik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orlando Quin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Feliberto Solustiano's late challenge caught a Unidad de Matanza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Solustiano helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Solustiano. A collision led to Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Nicolas Hanot hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the match, Justino Pietro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orlando Quin. Unidad de Matanza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justino Pietro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 86th minute, Gaston Fliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melchor Montes struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Isidoro Chan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unidad de Matanza. Unidad de Matanza's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş had won, even though Unidad de Matanza had held more of the ball.
