AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moisés Nogueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedict Annis got free with Alípio Regalado in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute Rick Kile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Regalado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ponte do Carro's Leandro Loureiro got a free kick in the 10th minute. Aron Blestowe kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute of the match Valdemar Onofre sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rufus Haydock skillfully saved the ball. Rufus Haydock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moisés Nogueira in the 14th minute of play. Ponte do Carro's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Rick Kile scored to the left of an out of position Alípio Regalado, making the score, 1-1. When Benedict Annis came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedict Annis couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Artie Mccarthy got a free kick in the 29th minute. Rufus Haydock came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Ponte do Carro's Vítor Sacramento. But to his dismay, Vítor Sacramento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 35 minutes into the match, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Moisés Nogueira came free, but Rufus Haydock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rufus Haydock didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Higino Valente went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. When Benedict Annis came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB fans jumped to their feet. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rick Kile stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ponte do Carro's Alípio Regalado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rick Kile in the 65th minute of play. Alípio Regalado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rick Kile in the 68th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Rick Kile ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alípio Regalado was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After 80 minutes of play, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Rick Kile made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alípio Regalado was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB booed when Ponte do Carro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ademar Figueiras didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitchell Petty in the 83rd minute of play forced Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Alípio Regalado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Rufus Haydock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moisés Nogueira in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedict Annis in the 87th minute of play forced Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Alípio Regalado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alípio Regalado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rick Kile's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Alípio Regalado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rick Kile went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ponte do Carro had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
