Abay Ağçelik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Trattnig, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 13 minutes of play, FV Wienerwald's Tommi Braun made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abay Ağçelik was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute of the game, Tommi Braun landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 17 minutes, Hazım Başer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Osmanlı İmparatorluğu and the FV Wienerwald players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes Osmanlı İmparatorluğu got a freekick which was hit by Hazım Başer. In the 21st match minute, FV Wienerwald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elmar Wögerbauer to maneuver through the defense. When Jan-Erik Gleissner fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FV Wienerwald's protests and gave Jan-Erik Gleissner a yellow card for diving instead. 36 minutes into the match, FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Robin Riese had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aybek Laçin. In the 39th minute, Sezai Kelami made a precise shot to the right of Robin Riese. FV Wienerwald's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Felix Eberl's late challenge caught a Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Eberl helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of FV Wienerwald:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Osmanlı İmparatorluğu:s goal. The goalkeeper, Robin Riese, was totally fooled by Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Abdulkerim Necmi, who 44 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Aybek Laçin made the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Sezai Kelami nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robin Riese made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. After 54 played minutes Osmanlı İmparatorluğu got a freekick which was hit by Cabbar Şimşektürk. Robin Riese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sezai Kelami, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Trattnig kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, FV Wienerwald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Trattnig to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Trattnig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Abay Ağçelik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
