Fulgencio Larpe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angelo Aracena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Larpe having to interfere. When Julio Valiente came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the KPO BIZARRO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Valiente couldn't finish the play. In the 30th match minute, KPO BIZARRO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Valiente to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Angelo Aracena reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fulgencio Larpe. The goal made the score 2-0. Silvio Lastarria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Valiente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Aracena might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fulgencio Larpe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angelo Aracena ran back to his position shaking his head. 43 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Jacinto Herboso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fulgencio Larpe, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ariel Almeyda got free with Fulgencio Larpe in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angelo Aracena to strike the kick off in the second half. Honorio Enol charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ruesga Chadwick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Fulgencio Larpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ariel Almeyda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruesga Chadwick's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fulgencio Larpe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play.
