Marian Dudău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulão Rodrigues in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Atlético da Colina's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Vulcănescu came free, but Natã Gerber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natã Gerber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcu Panait, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Valer Mălaimare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Lothlorien's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético da Colina the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fc Lothlorien's Valer Mălaimare got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc Lothlorien's goalkeeper Marian Dudău, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Natã Gerber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcu Panait in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Hernani Mello reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marian Dudău. The goal made the score 1-3. Marian Dudău made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when João Paulo Cunha sent off a good shot on target. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Fc Lothlorien's Mihnea Marica got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 57th match minute, Fc Lothlorien was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Panait to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Marcu Panait ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Natã Gerber was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 71st minute, João Paulo Cunha made a precise shot to the right of Marian Dudău. Fc Lothlorien's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. In the 78th minute, Viorel Buricea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Gabriel Furtado in the 87th minute of play forced Fc Lothlorien's goalkeeper Marian Dudău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
