Spectators: 7737 (Terracing: 5804, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) Jakes Jurado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the game, Seraċini Għawdxin's Tony Schiavone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moisés Quintana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Juan Verdeja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dejan Cumbo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Juan Verdeja charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Verdeja the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Seraċini Għawdxin booed when Fesport FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Verdeja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moisés Quintana made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Tony Schiavone sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, Fesport FC's Jakes Jurado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dejan Cumbo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 28 played minutes Fesport FC got a freekick which was hit by Alcadio Carro. Moisés Quintana came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Seraċini Għawdxin's Tommy Genovese. But to his dismay, Tommy Genovese quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, Seraċini Għawdxin's Joe Petroni got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Mark De Battista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute of the match Alcadio Carro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dejan Cumbo skillfully saved the ball. When Martin Testaferrata Viani fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seraċini Għawdxin's protests and gave Martin Testaferrata Viani a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute Martin Testaferrata Viani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés Quintana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Seraċini Għawdxin booed when Fesport FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Casta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes Seraċini Għawdxin got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Delia. In the 47th minute of the match Alcadio Carro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dejan Cumbo skillfully saved the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tony Schiavone was the one to do the kick off. Valentín Roman hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. The supporters of Seraċini Għawdxin booed when Fesport FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Roman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Louis Mamo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seraċini Għawdxin's supporters rose to their feet, but Louis Mamo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moisés Quintana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martin Testaferrata Viani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute Valentín Roman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dejan Cumbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Godwin Spagnol fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seraċini Għawdxin's protests and gave Godwin Spagnol a yellow card for diving instead. If Tony Schiavone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fesport FC's Moisés Quintana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Genovese in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Louis Mamo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moisés Quintana was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Jakes Jurado's late challenge caught a Seraċini Għawdxin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakes Jurado helped the player get up and apologised. After 84 minutes, Louis Mamo made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Fesport FC's Moisés Quintana tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Tony Schiavone notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Fesport FC's Moisés Quintana. Moisés Quintana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Louis Mamo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Moisés Quintana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seraċini Għawdxin's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
